FW>Regenerate:
Recharge yourself. Elevate your work. Redefine what’s possible.

A held space to spend time in nature, recharge ourselves, and go to the next level in our work.
The kind of great people you’ll find in Regenerate:
Simone Pianko - past Head of Australia, Terra.do
Justin Mayne - Community Management at Sanders Place

As busy professionals, we often don’t get the opportunity to connect with nature in ways that truly regenerate us*. Stepping out of the city or our usual places to witness the beauty of a soaring eagle, the humbling of wild seas, or the dewy trails of a crisp autumn bush morning, can fill us up in irreplaceable ways, and inspire us for the next challenge.
What is more, when we step into nature through the eyes of connection, openness and curiosity, we can sense she has much to share with us, and when we’re open to it, this can be systemically transformative.
Why I’m here for this
From our founder & Regenerate’s facilitator, Ashleigh Camm
If we’ve not met before - and you’ve never been subjected to my instagram - I’d love to briefly share why I’m here for this.
*** TLDR: I love nature, and innovation - and you’re in safe, caring and expansive hands! And, this will not be something you’ve likely experienced before. Come for one day, or join us ongoing in the Community. ***
Nature has always been a love of my life, and I was lucky it came naturally to me from growing up between urban and rural areas, riding horses, and exploring bushland, beaches, and tracks often.
When life evolved to gruelling working hours in the city, I recognised what less nature in my life meant for me - less groundedness, greater anxiety, not as much creative spaciousness, less overall nervous system regulation - and I knew I needed to reconnect to what nourished and inspired me in a more conscious way.
There’s much more to this story, but after living in Sydney, London, and most recently Byron Bay, I’ve been in Melbourne for c. 2 years and have been slowly learning and exploring this new land to find my natural - and nature - rhythm on Kulin country.
I could have easily joined any nature conservancy or exploring club - and shout out to Amble Outdoors - we love you Rhianna! (Check out Amble’s Hike Club here). But what I wanted to hold space for, in addition to a beautiful hike or frolic in the ocean, was regular nature time with people in the same field - innovation - and letting the mycelium of our group merge together and with nature for exponential benefits for us, our lives, and our work.
Even if we’re not fully there yet, the reality is many of us are tasked with innovating to achieve a greater respect for and alignment with nature, so why not spend more time with her, and let her teach us and regenerate us in the process.
And, while transactional interactions can certainly spark inspiration, nature is not transactional - she is reciprocal. Reciprocity means a meaningful and harmonic natural flow of giving and receiving, in contrast to our current linear extractive systems, which also extend to how we treat ourselves. So while you’ll be able to participate in these designated days in isolation, the invitation will be there to join the Community ongoing at regular connection points, to nourish yourself and your relationships within the group, and the mycelium of what we’re creating. More on all that below.
If you’ve made it to this point, my gosh, well done! And as always in innovation, we’re testing and learning - so if you’re interested to explore what this will mean for you or have any ideas, please drop me a line below, and I’m so looking forward to seeing/meeting you.
Much gratitude,
Ashleigh

Recharge yourself. Elevate your work. Redefine what’s possible.
What?
Inspirational days of facilitated nature-based activities with like-valued people.
When & where?
Held over a full day, approximately 3 - 4 times a year, in flow with the seasons. We’ll start in Victoria (more locations to come!).
For who?
Leaders in the innovation ecosystem - be that startup founders/operators, corporate innovators, investors and philanthropists.
Investment?
Free to be part of the community - plus any out-of-pocket costs incurred as part of the activities.

-
A facilitated and free-form community for innovators seeking to consciously connect with nature.
At its core are our Regenerate days: expansively facilitated days IRL on regenerative farms, hiking tracks across rugged coastlines, or watching whales breach as they migrate.
In between these times there’ll be an invitation to continue connecting with each other online, around nature-based discussions aligned with the seasons (and that is, nature).
While we’ll generally be activity-focused, there’ll be time for you to tune into nature and your own essence at your own pace, as well as the meaningful connections that you’ll be building within the community.
Expect to recharge yourself, elevate your work, and redefine what is possible, in all facets of life.

Held over a full day, approximately 3 - 4 times a year, and in flow with the seasons that we're in. While we’ll start in Victoria, we also might explore elsewhere too - think Byron Bay (NSW), Sunshine Coast (QLD), Blue Mountains (NSW), and Tasmania.
Plus, for those that want to be supported beyond this time, we’ll have the opportunity to connect via an online group, getting together in between our Regenerate days.
-
For leaders in innovation who want to have time for themselves and to explore nature, and to connect with like-valued people.
You could be a startup founder/operator, corporate innovator, investor or philanthropist, and more.
At this stage our days will be for those happy to do a solo day, but we’ll be working out how to do family days in future.
-
Free to join as a foundational member. The only costs will be for you to do the activities we’re exploring, including your own transport, meals, any ticket prices, etc. Essentially it’s like a big friends trip, but where everything is organised in advance, and you just need to turn up and receive all the goodness.
Consistent with this too, even though we will be organising this and holding spaces throughout our days, by coming on these days you agree to take responsibility for yourself, and govern what you would like to do.
